We all know that  fruits are very important for our healthy life. But we  hardly find time to eat fruits and even if we have time, we keep fooling us by giving us excuses for not eating them, especially kids. And instead preferable munch some junk food.

In such cases, we should introduce smoothie in our eating pattern. These smoothies contain 2 or more fruits and thus provides us with the essential benefits of both the fruits in one go. Besides being healthy, they are nutritious too. Moreover, for our little kids, who are always on the move, smoothies provide them with that extra energy. These smoothies are not only easy to prepare but they also take minimum  time .Each fruit has its own advantages and hence can be blended as per our own choice of taste and availability. Here, we will make Raspberry and Orange smoothie.





Ingredients used :( portion-2-3 glasses)

250gms -   Chilled raspberries

200ml    -   Chilled yogurt

300 ml   -   Orange juice (freshly squeezed or caned)

Place the raspberry, yogurt in a blender or food processor and process them together for about a minute until a smooth creamy texture mixture is formed. Now to this creamy mixture add orange juice. Process the same again for few seconds until they are thoroughly mixed. Pour this mixture in tall glasses and serve chilled. icruz.1blogs.es
