Green bell pepper- one small sized seeded and chunked one
Cubanelle pepper- one seeded and chunked
Kalamanta black olives- one cup
Fresh flat leaf parsley sprigs- half cup
Greek feta- two slices of ¼ pound
Extra virgin olive oil- quarter cup
Red wine vinegar- three tablespoon
Dried oregano- one teaspoon of oregano crushed in the palm
Black pepper and salt- to taste

Mix all the tomatoes, sliced red onion, cucumber, bell peppers, parsley and olives in a large bowl and keep aside. Being a rustic salad, vegetables for Greek salad are cut in to chunky and big pieces.
Take another container with lid and add olive oil, oregano and vinegar and close the lid to shake the mixture vigorously so that the oil and vinegar gets mixed well. Then top the above vegetable mixture with sliced feta and pour the vinegar oil mixture on top of it.
Thereafter season the salad with grounded black pepper and salt and mix the entire mixture very well. Once all the vegetables get marinated well then serve it with hot pita breads.
