The bacteria-destroying capabilities of green tea can also prevent food poisoning from occurring. In addition to that it also prevents tooth decay. So if you consume green tea regularly, then you won’t have to worry about dental problems very much.

As well as all that is mentioned above regarding the benefits of drinking green tea, manufacturers are now producing skin care products with this tea as an ingredient. The benefits are yet to be known, but it is a tribute to how widely beneficial green tea has proven to be.

It is hard to believe how effective green tea is since it has so many benefits for the body. The only aspect of drinking it that can be considered a “side-effect” is that since it contains a little caffeine that may occasionally make it a little difficult to fall asleep. However if you take it in moderation then you will not face any problems at all.
