2 spoons coarsely ground black pepper

1 spoon paprika powder

2 spoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Handful chopped cilantro leaves

1 spoon roasted cumin seeds

1 Red Onion Sliced

1/4th cup Grated Cheddar cheese

1 cup prepared guacamole

2-3 spoons Asian style hot and sour sauce

2-3 spoons olive oil/cooking oil

Procedure

To make this sandwich, you need to make the chicken stuffing. Begin the first step by cleaning the chicken breasts and pat them dry with a paper towel.  The next step will be to marinate the chicken breasts in the spices which include salt, freshly ground black pepper, paprika powder, and roasted cumin powder. Next, add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey and mix everything well. Innovacion y creatividad

Let the chicken breasts sit in this marinade for at least an hour so that the chicken will absorb the wonderful flavors of the spices and the lemon juice. To cook the chicken breasts, heat oil in a skillet and place the marinated chicken breasts on the skillet once the oil heats up. Allow the chicken to get browned on both sides so that chicken will get completely cooked. This should take 6-7 minutes on each side.

You can also grill the chicken breasts on the barbeque or grill to impart a smoky flavor which makes this sandwich taste yummier. Allow the chicken breasts to cool a bit and then slice them to thin pieces. Prepare the spread for this sandwich by combining guacamole with Asian-style hot and sour sauce. Mix the two very well together to come up with a unique spread that is buttery, zesty, tangy and slightly sweet.

To make the guacamole, remove the flesh from avocados and mash them lightly with a fork. Add salt, toasted cumin powder, chopped Serrano chilies and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix well and your home-made guacamole is ready. To assemble the lime honey chicken sandwich, take multigrain bread and apply a thick layer of the guacamole spread.

Add the prepared chicken slices and top with sliced red onions, chopped cilantro leaves, lettuce and grated cheddar cheese. Place another bread slice and enjoy your hearty and nutritive sandwich. You make your own variations of this sandwich by including other ingredients of your choice such as a different type of spread, different veggies as topping, etc.
