Fresh pick of jumbo shrimps 12-15 (de-shelled and de-veined with tails inact)

For Shrimp Cocktail Sauce

Tomato juice (a cup) or mexican hot tomato sauce

Freshly blanched, de-skinned, fine chopped tomatoes (2 medium sized)

De-seeded small chopped cucumber (one)

Green chillies (2, chopped)

For boiling the shrimps, begin with one quart of water at very fast broiling boil in a vessel, tip in 4-5 peppercorns, a bay leaf, one halved onion, one tsp old bay seasoning, 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, 4 whole cloves, an entire lemon squeezed with halves added in thereafter. Mix well and dump shrimps in and allow the flavourful water to boil and then remove shrimps out after 2 minutes and placed in icy bath.

Assemble all ingredients of the shrimp cocktail sauce in a medium-sized glass bowl, mix well with a wooden ladle and then let it marinate under refrigeration for two hours. Thereafter ladle out one tablespoon into a cocktail glass.
