Experts also recommend the usage of ginger and turmeric to reduce the inflammation and hence incorporate them in the diet to alleviate the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. Similarly fresh fruits and vegetables are also ideal to improve the health of the patient and provide strength and stamina to the body.
